Kirkhouse Klassic

1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
1 oz Malibu coconut rum
1 oz Gordon's gin
1 dash lime cordial
2 oz pineapple juice

Pour all ingredients together into a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a Martini glass and serve with a wedge of lime and parasol.
